How Many Popular Diets have you tried? Keto, Atkins, Liquid, Paelo….
How about going vegan or my favorite intermittent fasting only for it to last a short while and find you find yourself eating everything in site because you’re hungry. For years I’ve battled with my weight. Each year I will write down that I will get healthy and lose weight. I will get pumped up, throw away all the bad food in my refrigerator, join a gym and be ready! I would workout, eat right, loose a little weight and would be fine for about a month or more and then suddenly, I will fall off the bandwagon. I wouldn’t just give up, it will happen gradually you know how it works: it seems like every time you decide to get healthy something always come up that stops the process… Every time an opportunity did present itself I would hesitate but then find myself eating a small portion of the bad stuff and justifying it with “I’ll work out harder tomorrow, I’ll take a laxative, or the big one I use “I’ll go back on my diet tomorrow” but tomorrow never comes and I find myself going down the rabbit hole of eating the bad stuff again.

How Many times have you told yourself you’re going to get healthy only to find that when you did, you were in pain, exhausted, hungry and slept often…
How about when you woke up in the morning to weigh yourself and the scale never changed. I know personally the level of disappointment you feel and the anger because I am you. You can’t seem to wrap your head around why it’s so hard to get healthy. As you know, I’m not a personal trainer, fitness expert, or anything like that.
